Clean sweep for Giltrap & Osborne in Malaysia

Reigning champion Marco Giltrap and Super Trofeo rookie Clay Osborne joined forces this weekend to take a clean sweep at the opening round of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia championship in Sepang.
The Lamborghini Auckland Super Trofeo car opened proceedings with a pole position start in Race 1. Despite losing ground and a couple of positions at the start, the two young Kiwis were able to climb back into the lead to take their first win of the weekend.
Starting second for the next outing, the story of the race was much the same. Dropping to fourth in the first corner, Giltrap and Osborne were able to climb back to the lead and win with an advantage of over 5 seconds over the next best car.
The pair will be back on-track when Super Trofeo Asia heads to Australia at The Bend on the 7-9 of June.
