There are still plenty of very attractive offers being made to vendors, we see them every day in Auckland. Yes, there’s stronger negotiation skills required to get the best outcomes in this market, and that’s where a quality agent can be really valuable. But I do see this pace of market as more typical and natural than what we’ve seen over the last 12 or 18 months ,it’s healthy, and there isn’t that same pressure of a heated market.
