Ellerslie Car Show 2021
Giltrap Group have been long time supporters of the Ellerslie Classic Car Show, and to celebrate the 50th anniversary they assembled their biggest ever display.
Covering over 800 square metres, and featuring 30 truly stunning cars, this year’s display included a first for Giltrap Group: a sprinkling of Classics. Amongst the line-up was an Audi Quattro in original condition and a Lamborghini Diablo Roadster recently restored to a concours level.
Many of the new cars on show are already bound for classic status, the Bentley Mulsanne at in the luxurious outdoor lounge a prime example.
In the ARC clubroom, were heavy hitters like the new McLaren 765LT and the Aston Martin DBX and Lamborghini Huracan.
The history of the greatest sports car race of them all was also a strong theme, with McLaren’s win at Le Mans on debut in 1995 being celebrated with the 720S Le Mans Edition. Just 50 of these cars have been built world-wide, and two have been secured for New Zealand.
