I took my Kia Niro in for its annual service - and to locate a battery charging issue. The service advisor (Charlene) met me with a huge smile, knew exactly what I was in for and dealt with me straight away. While I had a coffee she had the workshop quickly test my battery, only to find the battery issue was more complicated - so went and saw my salesperson who immediately loaned me her new drive car in case it took a day or two. Communication updates from Charlene were constant, and her liaison with the workshop was exceptional - never left me wondering what was happening...thanks to all the staff involved...5 star service !!

We had both our vehicles in at Kia Northshore over the last two weeks and cannot say how grateful we are for how we've been looked after by Matt and the entire Service Dept. Everything was so easy, straightforward and our vehicles came back feeling cleaner and driving better than before. The grooming team need a massive pat on the back for being so thorough, respectful and for taking the time to make us feel as though we've paid for a full groom.
