Polestar opens first-of-a-kind retail snow Space in the Arctic Circle

Polestar continues to bring a unique approach to automotive retail by creating its first-ever Space made from snow.
Inspired by the pure minimalistic Scandinavian design of the Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, the 12-meter-high cube format design of “Snow Space”, is situated in Kansalaistori square in Rovaniemi, alongside neighboring and iconic buildings by famous Finnish designer and advocate for modern architecture, Alvar Aalto.
The “Snow Space” is the second Polestar Space in Finland and one of approximately Polestar Spaces 130 worldwide. In below freezing temperatures, the Snow Space took approximately 20 days to build and follows Polestar’s global approach to retail and architectural design.
With a digital-first retail model where customers explore, configure and order their cars online, the minimalistic Polestar Spaces offers customers the possibility to experience and test drive the electric Polestar in person, supported by non-commissioned Polestar Specialists.
This ultimate pop-up store in the Arctic Circle city of Rovaniemi, Finland will be open until 26th of February 2023
