But we do see enough of it to really appreciate something different – the new 27 Names Truly, Madly, Sleepy campaign is just that.
With a cheeky nod to Australian pop duo, Savage Garden’s 1997 pièce de résistance Truly, Madly, Deeply, 27 Names’s newest campaign, Truly, Madly, Sleepy, is a welcome life raft of levity in a sea of brooding look books of late. Of course there’s room for it all in Fashion, but 27 Names is clearly having fun and they’re refreshingly not shy about that, which we really love to see.
The Spring Summer collection features some wildly retro florals, vibrant poppy colours and chequers across a relaxed and comfortable array of skirts, blouses, sweaters and vests.
You can dress up the look with a Mary Tyler Moore-esque ‘Charlotte’ Houndstooth blazer or the ‘Blue Valentine’ jacket with matching ‘Dazed’ flares.
